基于金属有机骨架的拓扑三维结构的高比表面积以及金纳米颗粒(Au NPS)的优异电催化活性,金纳米颗粒与金属有机框架的复合材料在电化学传感领域拥有应用潜力。该文成功合成了Au NPs@NU-901复合材料,并采用透射电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱以及X射线光电子能谱对其进行表征。采用线性扫描伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了复合材料对丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)电化学氧化反应的催化能力。结果表明,Au NPs@NU-901对BHA的电化学氧化具有较好的催化能力。基于Au NPs@NU-901制备电化学传感器用于BHA的定量检测,BHA的氧化峰电流与其浓度在0.10~50 μmol/L范围内呈现良好线性关系,相关系数(r2)为0.994 8,检出限(S/N=3)为0.049 μmol/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.6%。将该传感器应用于饼干样品中BHA的检测,加标回收率为95.6%~104%,样品检测结果与高效液相色谱法的测定结果吻合。方法的选择性好、灵敏准确,适合于饼干中BHA的检测。  相似文献

Sodiumion batteries(SIBs)have attracted intensive attention as promising alternative to lithium-ionbatteries(LIBs)for large scale energy storage systems because of low cost of sodium,similar energy storage mechanism and the reasonable performance.However,it is still a great challenge to search and design a robust structure of anode materials with excellent cycling stability and high rate capability for SIBs.Herein,multilayer porous vanadium nitride(VN)microsheets are synthesized through a facile and scalable hydrothermal synthesis-nitrogenization strategy as an effective anode material for SIBs.The multilayer porous VN microsheets not only offer more active sites for fast Na+insertion/extraction process and short diffusion pathway,but also effectively buffer the volume change of anode due to more space in the multilayer porous structure.The large proportions of capacitive behavior imply that the Na+charge storage depends on the intercalation pseudocapacitive mechanism.The multilayer porous VN microsheets electrodes manifest excellent cycling stability and rate capability,delivering a discharge capacity of 156.1 mA·h/g at 200 mA/g after 100 cycles,and a discharge capacity of 111.9 mA·h/g at 1.0 A/g even after 2300 cycles with the Coulombic efficiency of nearly 100%.  相似文献

A variety of DNA-based probes are utilized for the detections of multiple analytes and DNA nanotechnology has been thriving for recent decades and achieving numerous nanostructures,mainly focusing on DNA morphology modulation and multifunctional systems engineered into to the complicated works.Among the numerous detections,fluorescence method is a non-invasive,highly selective and sensitive means for varieties of applications,but their emissions are often compromised by the aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)effect,which weakens their applications.The aggregation induced emission luminogens(AIEgens)are created with non emissive or weakly emissive in a low concentration but emit strong fluorescence in a high concentration with aggregated states.Herein,numerous functionalized AIEgens have been emerged and used for detection and imaging and DNA-modified AIEgen probes are introduced.In this vein,here we report the progress on DNA-modified AIEgen probes in recent years and highlight their conjugation strategies including covalent bonding,electrostatic interaction and their applications of biosensing.Moreover,multiple DNA strands are needed to introduce into the DNA-modified AIEgen probes for more purposes.At the end,some challenges are mentioned to discuss the new trend of DNA-modified AIEgen probes.  相似文献

The alum-borneol nanoemulsion(ABN), which combines the mineral medicine alum and the botanical medicine borneol, has been applied for approximately 40 years in the clinical treatment of burns, scalds, radiation dermatitis and shingles, and has a good curative effect. However, the current formula and dosage form of ABN pose problems of low borneol content and ease of precipitation, which greatly affects the efficacy of the drug. In this study, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) was selected as a carrier mixed with different proportions of alum and borneol to produce alum-borneol-PVP fibers(ABPF) by electrospinning. The results showed that the stable system with good drug dispersion was 2:3(alum:borneol). The dissolution content of borneol from the ABPF was about 80% in 4 h, which was much higher than that of the alum-borneol liquid(ABL) and ABN. The ABPF membrane showed a more significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus than the ABL and ABN. The composite fiber markedly increased the drug content of borneol, which was 800 times of that in ABN. The fiber had a higher solubility than the nanoemulsion in vitro, which is of great importance for the de-velopment of new forms for the clinical application of alum and borneol.  相似文献

Ni(II)/CSs were prepared using a simple two-step hydrothermal method. The morphology and composition of the catalysts were studied with scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, and X-ray diffraction. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy showed that the surface of the prepared carbon spheres was rich in hydroxyl groups, which was beneficial to remove CO intermediates, and therefore, improving the catalytic efficiency and the antipoisoning ability of the catalysts. The results of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry showed that the electrocatalytic activity and stability of Ni(II)/CSs were higher than that of unloaded NiAc under alkaline environment. When the nickel content was 5 wt.%, the peak oxidation current density of methanol on Ni(II)/CSs electrocatalyst reached the maximum of 34.54 mA/cm2, which was about 1.8 times that of unloaded NiAc. These results indicate that Ni(II)/CSs has potential applications in the electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol.  相似文献

Six parts of lotus (seeds, leaves, plumule, stamens, receptacles and rhizome nodes) are herbal medicines that are listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Their indications and functions have been confirmed by a long history of clinical practice. To fully understand the material basis of clinical applications, UPLC-QToF-MS combined with the UNIFI platform and multivariate statistical analysis was used in this study. As a result, a total of 171 compounds were detected and characterized from the six parts, and 23 robust biomarkers were discovered. The method can be used as a standard protocol for the direct identification and prediction of the six parts of lotus. Meanwhile, these discoveries are valuable for improving the quality control method of herbal medicines. Most importantly, this was the first time that alkaloids were detected in the stamen, and terpenoids were detected in the cored seed. The stamen is a noteworthy part because it contains the greatest diversity of flavonoids and terpenoids, but research on the stamen is rather limited.  相似文献

建立了一种基于化学反应-顶空气相色谱测定气相二氧化硅表面硅羟基含量的新方法。实验取气相二氧化硅放入顶空瓶中于105 ℃烘箱中加热2 h去除水分,将甲苯稀释的格氏试剂注入密闭的顶空瓶中,格氏试剂与气相二氧化硅表面硅羟基快速反应产生甲烷(CH4),甲烷量与气相二氧化硅表面硅羟基含量成正比。经过气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器测定甲烷,通过外标法定量,根据化学反应方程式计算出样品中羟基含量。同时对反应溶液用量与反应时间等条件进行优化,确定2.0 mL反应溶液,反应15 min为最优的前处理条件。结果表明,硅羟基含量与气相色谱信号值之间存在良好的线性相关性,相关系数为0.9990,相对标准偏差小于3%,本方法的检出限为0.30 mg/g,定量限为1.00 mg/g,开展了4家实验室对5个不同比表面积的样品测试,数据结果的重复性限(r)小于2.5%,再现性限(R)小于6.5%。该方法结合自动化技术,顶空反应操作简单,样品量和试剂用量少,准确性高,重复性好,优于酸碱滴定法,适用于快速检测气相二氧化硅表面硅羟基的含量,解决了硅羟基利用传统方法难以准确测定的难题。该方法的建立对我国二氧化硅产业硅羟基检测标准的制定和产业技术优化,均具有重要的理论和现实意义。  相似文献

土壤基质复杂,土壤中残留的抗生素种类繁多,浓度多为痕量水平,高灵敏度的仪器方法、有效的净化和富集方法、多种类抗生素的同时检测是土壤中抗生素检测的重点和难点。该研究建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定土壤中7类(磺胺类、氟喹诺酮类、四环素类、大环内酯类、β-内酰胺类、酰胺醇类和林可酰胺类)30种抗生素的方法。首先,通过参数优化确定最佳质谱条件,选择BEH-C18色谱柱,以0.1%(v/v)甲酸甲醇溶液-0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液为流动相,10%(v/v)甲醇水溶液为进样溶剂。然后,通过提取条件(萃取剂种类及体积)和固相萃取条件(上样液pH、淋洗液有机溶剂比例、洗脱液种类及体积)的优化,确定使用10 mL乙腈和Na2EDTA-McIlvaine缓冲液的混合溶液(1∶1, v/v)为萃取剂,萃取液pH调节至8.0后,采用HLB小柱进行固相萃取,并以10 mL超纯水淋洗净化,最后用10 mL甲醇-乙腈(1∶1, v/v)洗脱目标分析物。在优化的分析条件下,该方法的定量限为0.043~4.04 μg/kg,目标化合物的标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数在0.992~1.00的范围内,在20、100、200 μg/kg的添加浓度下,大多数目标化合物的加标回收率范围为44.8%~164%,相对标准偏差为0.700%~14.8%。将该方法用于6个实际土壤样品的分析,结果显示在30种抗生素中,17种抗生素有检出,其中12种抗生素的检出率为100%。环丙沙星和诺氟沙星是土壤样品中含量最高的两种抗生素,它们的含量范围分别是13.7~32.1和15.6~43.6 μg/kg。本研究建立的方法简单、快速、溶剂使用量少,能用于土壤样品中痕量水平的7类30种抗生素的同时测定。  相似文献

微孔分子筛在实际应用过程中常常受到扩散限制的影响,分子筛内部的利用率不高;制备空心结构分子筛对于改善分子筛扩散传质、提高分子筛利用率具有重要意义。以纯硅silicalite-1为晶种,以四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)为结构导向剂制备ZSM-5分子筛;无定型硅铝物种首先在晶种表面晶化生长,同时碱性合成体系的碱度则可以溶解不稳定的silicalite-1晶种,通过控制调变生长与溶解的相对速率制备得到具有空心结构的ZSM-5分子筛;该多级孔道ZSM-5分子筛的制备方法简单、易操作,具有广泛的应用潜力。  相似文献

酶生物燃料电池(Enzymatic biofuel cells,EBFCs)具有高专一性和催化性能,可催化与氧化还原反应有关的燃料并获得电能.可用的生物燃料,如葡萄糖、乳酸和丙酮酸盐,可以从汗液、泪液和血液中提取,因而以体液为燃料的EBFCs在可植入式或可穿戴式设备中具有良好的应用前景.采用生物电催化机理对酶生物燃料电池在体液发电中的应用进行了研究,以及对可植入式或可穿戴式生物燃料电池的主要挑战和未来的前景进行了展望.  相似文献
